Reach is built with privacy in mind. Your relationships are personal — and they should stay that way.

This Privacy Policy explains how Reach handles your data when you use our app and website.

Information you provide

• Names and details of people you add (e.g. notes, birthdays, reminder preferences)

• Optional avatars or photos you choose

• App settings and preferences

This information is entered by you and exists solely to make the app work as intended.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

ABy default, Reach stores your data:

• Locally on your device

• Securely synced via iCloud, if enabled

We do not store your personal data on our own servers.

3. iCloud Sync

If iCloud sync is enabled:

• Your data is encrypted by Apple

• Sync happens through your personal Apple ID

• We cannot see, access, or read your data

iCloud sync exists to help you restore your data if you change devices.

4. Notifications

Reach sends notifications to remind you to reach out to people you care about.

• Notifications are generated on your device

• We do not track whether or how you interact with them

• Notification content is never sent to our servers

You can disable notifications at any time in system settings.

5. Analytics & Tracking

Reach does not:

• Track your activity across apps

• Sell your data

• Share your data with advertisers

• Use third-party tracking SDKs

If we ever introduce optional, privacy-friendly analytics, it will be clearly disclosed and opt-in.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties.

Your data stays:

• On your device

• In your iCloud account (if enabled)

That’s it.

7. Your Control

You are always in control of your data:

• Edit or delete people at any time

• Disable iCloud sync

• Delete the app to remove all local data

8. Children’s Privacy

Reach is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy changes:

• We will update the date at the top

• Significant changes will be communicated clearly
