All information you add to Reach (names, notes, reminders, avatars, etc.) belongs to you.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information you enter

• Ensuring you have the right to store it

3. Availability

We strive to keep Reach available and reliable, but:

• The app is provided “as is”

• Features may change or improve over time

• Temporary interruptions may occur

4. Notifications & Reminders

Reach provides reminders as a convenience tool.

We are not responsible for:

• Missed reminders due to system limitations

• Delays caused by device or OS settings

• Outcomes related to personal communication decisions

5. Accounts & Sign-In

Some features (such as iCloud sync) rely on Apple services.

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

• Apple ID configuration

• iCloud availability

• Device restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

The Reach app, design, branding, and illustrations are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute the app

• Reverse engineer the software

• Use branding without permission

7. Termination

You may stop using Reach at any time by deleting the app.

We reserve the right to suspend access if these terms are violated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Reach is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

• Use of the app is at your own discretion

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.

When we do:

• The “Last updated” date will change

• Continued use of Reach means acceptance of the new terms
